What we collect
- Order information: your name, company, email, phone, billing and delivery address, and what you bought.
- Payment information: your card is entered on Stripe's secure form. We never see or store your full card number.
- Website data: pages visited and basic technical data such as your browser and IP address, used to keep the site working.
Why we use it
To process and ship your order, to calculate shipping and sales tax, to answer your questions, to meet our accounting and tax obligations, and to prevent fraud. We do not sell your personal information.
Who we share it with
- Stripe, to process payments.
- FedEx and UPS, to quote rates and deliver your shipment.
- Odoo, which hosts this store and our business software.
- Government authorities when the law requires it.
Each of them receives only what is needed to do its job.
How long we keep it
Order and invoice records are kept as long as U.S. and Texas tax law requires, at least seven years. Other data is deleted when it is no longer needed.
Your choices
Write to info@arenabrosinc.com to ask for a copy of your data, to correct it, or to ask us to delete it. We answer within 30 days. We will keep what the law requires us to keep.
Cookies
This site uses cookies that are necessary for the cart, the checkout and your session. We do not use advertising cookies.
Security
The site runs over HTTPS and payments are handled by Stripe, which is PCI compliant. No system is perfect, so please tell us at once if you suspect a problem with your account.

This store sells to adults, schools and businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
